La Doux is a sweeter wine made from Syrah, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. Wonderful accompanying cheese and deserts but not so sweet that it can’t be enjoyed on its own.

Bottled without fining. Suitable for vegans. All our wines are minimally handled so tannins or tartrate crystals may appear in bottle, these are harmless and natural, and are a sign of a less processed wine.
