Lightly pressed Merlot from Karikari Estate fruit, combined with Estate grown Chardonnay have produced this salmon coloured Calypso Rose. It has subtle red berry fruit aroma and flavour with an off-dry finish. An easy drinking summer wine best enjoyed with seafood, white meats and green salad.
