Set in the beautiful Bay of Islands, The Landing holds a special place in New Zealand history. Both Maori and Europeans landed near where The Boathouse now sits and made it their home, laying the foundations for our nations future. The waka on our label symbolise their journey, and as custodians of this land, we honour its heritage.

Aromatics of red fruit and spices, the palate is elegant and long, framed by a fine tannin structure. This blended red is a true expression of the terroir of The Landing. The sun-drenched slopes, deep clay soil and the nearby cooling waters of the Bay of Islands shape a wine, that like the site itself, is a unique meeting of cultures.
